Adelaide developer George Kambitsis has acquired a central business district pub that had remained under the same ownership for 24 years. The purchase adds a hospitality asset to a portfolio already anchored by office space he recently completed in the same block.

Deal details

Both properties share a frontage on a main thoroughfare that attracts steady foot traffic.

Kambitsis has not announced specific plans for the pub, stating only that the asset will remain operational during the transition period. He emphasized a commitment to preserving the venue’s historic charm while exploring ways to integrate it with his office complex.
