Young real estate professionals under 40 are transforming Singapore’s property environment through bold transactions and innovative approaches. The 2026 class of top performers includes agents from four firms: PropNex, JLL, Huttons, and OrangeTee & Tie Pte Ltd. Among the 15 honorees, seven are women and eight are men. OrangeTee & Tie Pte Ltd leads with five representatives, while Huttons contributes the youngest honoree.

Notable achievements in residential and commercial sales

Residential transactions dominate the list, with seven agents earning recognition for their work in private housing. Their clients span industries from technology to finance, including ChiMei Global and firms in trading, insurance, and media. One standout deal involved leasing 47,000 square feet at IOI Central Boulevard Towers, a key development in Singapore’s central business district.

Aela Lim, 26, joined the industry in 2021 and became a Division Director at Huttons without leading a team. She sold a three-room HDB flat at 37 Margaret Drive for S$908,000 in just two viewings, one of only four units in its category to exceed S$900,000 in 2025. She also secured a five-bedroom unit at Park Natura for S$300,000 above its valuation, despite its west-facing orientation and unpopular unit number. Over her career, she has closed nearly 100 transactions.

Jervis Isaiah Ng, 30, founded JNA Real Estate and now leads over 335 agents. He represented buyers in a S$36 million acquisition of a Good Class Bungalow on Cornwall Road, closing the deal S$10 million below valuation by reframing the negotiation as structural rather than price-focused. He also grew a client’s S$650,000 HDB investment into a S$10 million portfolio over four years, generating over S$3 million in capital gains. PropNex named him its top producer for 2024 and 2025.

Alexis Quek, 30, completed 115 transactions in her first two years at OrangeTee & Tie Pte Ltd. She represented buyers for a 191-square-meter residence at Klimt Cairnhill valued at S$7.6 million and sellers of a four-bedroom unit at Leonie Parc View for S$6.43 million, setting a record price per square foot for the development. She advises clients across residential markets and shares property insights with nearly 18,000 followers.

Vevien Ong, 30, oversees nearly 250 agents at VevienOngDistrict. She sold two properties for a client before securing an S$8.3 million detached home at Faber Walk, closing nearly S$2 million below asking. A tenancy deal for another client expanded into four transactions over five years, including a home on Sentosa. Her district surpassed S$1 billion in sales across 1,700-plus deals in 2025, and she became one of Singapore’s youngest millionaire realtors at age 26.

Enos Yip, 34, advises a fintech company expanding from 20,000 to 80,000 square feet at Guoco Tower in a fully leased building with no inventory. For a media group consolidating five Singapore offices into three, she secured a 45,000-square-foot space at One George Street and managed all transitions on schedule. At Asia Square Tower 1, she structured an early lease break for a firm tripling its space to 18,000 square feet, using landlord incentives to offset relocation costs. She has 11 years of commercial real estate experience.

Enos Yip, 34, of Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd advised a fintech company expanding at Guoco Tower. Cherie Lee, 36, of Huttons sold a Jalan Besar shophouse for S$4.6m, S$250,000 above expectations.

Commercial real estate and strategic sales

She guided a newlywed couple through a ten-year property plan, starting with a S$1.731 million home at Parc Esta, which appreciated by roughly S$800,000 in five years. A mathematics graduate from the UK, she worked in finance and marketing before entering real estate in 2020. Her portfolio includes over 100 private rental properties, with monthly commissions sometimes exceeding S$250,000.

She also took over an unsold HDB flat at Tampines Greenweave, which had been vacant for six months, and sold it within a month for S$10,000 above the seller’s expectations. With seven years in the industry, she has worked with over 200 families on homeownership, upgrades, investments, and first-time purchases. Huttons named her a Rising Millionaire in 2025.

He marketed the property’s rarity and floor area to attract family buyers. He also sold a converted 1950s landed home on Everitt Road North, emphasizing its architectural character. Hansen entered the industry in 2014 and has received Super Platinum, Super Gold, and Top 50 Achiever awards. OrangeTee recognized him with a 10-year service award and named him a Top 200 Achiever in 2025.

He closed a S$5.7 million Kovan inter-terrace sale within a month using social media campaigns. In commercial real estate, he sold three PLUS units on Cecil Street for S$11 million, targeting 48,000 companies and 30,000 professionals in a low-volume market. An engineer by training, he founded MattLamAdvisory, which has 2,000-plus members transacting 2,144 new launches and 4,137 resale units. PropNex named him its 2025-26 champion millionaire.

Jun Kiat Koh, 37, brokered a coffeeshop sale in Ang Mo Kio for over S$10 million. He guided buyers through a competitive launch period for a home at River Green, analyzing location, unit mix, pricing, and growth potential. He also sold a ten-month-stale listing within three weeks. Jun Kiat has won Super Gold and Super Platinum Awards, ranked 16th on OrangeTee’s Top 50, and made its Top 300 in 2025. His team was runner-up for Outstanding IC Team in Q1 2025.

Bryan Tan, 37, leads a PropNex division of over 330 consultants. He advises developers on sales strategies for new launches, including Emerald of Katong, Lentor Central Residences, River Green, and Tengah Garden Residences. He sold a Shanghai Road condo after one viewing for S$1.75 million, a record for the development. He also advised a seller into a S$2.68 million Havelock launch and structured a S$2.2 million joint acquisition for a client whose marriage ended mid-transaction.

Leasing expertise and market adaptability

James Short, 38, advised a trading firm on acquiring 47,000 square feet at IOI Central Boulevard Towers, securing expansion clauses for the Singapore CBD. He helped a Singapore insurer consolidate four offices into one at Marina One, optimizing fitted space to cut costs while managing tight exit timelines. At 108 Robinson Road, he designed a turnkey leasing program to fill the building, pricing fitted space to support a landlord’s strata sale through financial modeling. Originally from the UK, he has spent over 12 years at JLL across Shanghai, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Lincoln Heng, 39, sold a 4,036-square-foot penthouse at Waterfall Gardens on Farrer Road for S$8.08 million, requiring sustained negotiation. He also sold a S$5.5 million landed home in Serangoon Gardens Estate and helped a retired couple downsize to an HDB flat after years in property, unlocking home equity to fund their move. With 15 years of experience, he advises first-time buyers, investors, and upgraders using data-driven strategies. Huttons named him a Rising Millionaire in 2025.

Zoie Teo, 39, sold a low-floor residence at Nassim Lodge for S$14.5 million, handling Singapore’s competitive luxury market through targeted marketing. She leased a Tomlinson Road residence at S$37,000 per month, coordinating negotiations across multiple stakeholders. Teo obtained her salesperson certification in November 2024 and entered the industry in February 2025. Within her first year, she won OrangeTee’s Super Platinum Award for a six-figure single month and was named a Top 50 Achiever and Top Resale Rookie runner-up in 2025.

Jonathan Zhuang, 39, represented buyers acquiring a semi-detached home at Grace Park in District 19 for S$5 million, guiding the deal from opportunity to completion. He also advised buyers securing a S$1.7 million unit at Bloomsbury Residences during a competitive new launch. Zhuang specializes in linked sale-and-purchase transactions with fixed timelines. He has won multiple Super Gold Awards at OrangeTee and was named a Top 50 and Top 300 Achiever in 2025, with his team as second runner-up for Outstanding IC Team in Q4 2025.
