The 2point0 Group is a consultancy and recruitment business advising on sales and acquisitions.

Joel Osbourne, a former national acquisitions director at Spicerhaart, has joined a new mergers and acquisitions venture targeting the property sector. Osbourne will lead Realise, a business advising on sales and acquisitions, which launched on Monday alongside co-founders Nicola and Paul Broomham. The firm is part of the 2point0 Group, which also offers business consultancy and recruitment services.

Experience in property transactions

Osbourne brings more than 25 years of property industry experience to the role. His background in M&A includes previous positions at LRG and Christie & Co. Most recently, he led acquisitions nationally for Spicerhaart. Between Osbourne and Paul Broomham, the partners have handled more than 50 business sales, mergers and acquisitions. These range from smaller lettings businesses to multi-million-pound corporate transactions.

The firm will work with estate and letting agency owners looking to sell their businesses. It will also advise firms seeking acquisitions or mergers. Realise will operate alongside the 2point0 Group’s existing operations, which launched in January 2026. The expansion into M&A follows enquiries the group received shortly after its launch earlier this year.

Client and industry feedback

LRG CEO Michael Cook worked with Osbourne across both operations and acquisitions. He said Joel understands what it takes to grow a business, look after customers and what levers to pull to create value. Consequently, he is able to advise clients based on a position of experience and practical application, rather than just theory.

Property industry veteran Peter Fuller also worked with Osbourne and Broomham at Romans. He commented that he became very reliant on both of them and their integrity, and he welcomed their recommendations on improving processes and systems within the operation. He added that they will be exceptionally well placed in this new venture, combining extensive experience in acquisitions with fantastic people skills, honesty and industry knowledge.

The launch of Realise adds M&A services to the 2point0 Group’s existing portfolio. Paul Broomham explained the name Realise was chosen to reflect the outcome. He added that the new venture is about the fulfilment of an ambition and capitalising on the blood, sweat, tears and investment that estate and letting agency owners put into their businesses. Osbourne said after a long career spent both in front-line agency as well as in M&A on a national level, he is genuinely thrilled and excited to bring all that experience together in this new venture alongside Paul and Nicola.

Osbourne and his team are now focusing on the new venture. They are looking forward to working with clients and helping them achieve their goals.

The 2point0 Group’s expansion into M&A is a significant development. It highlights the group’s commitment to providing a range of services to the property industry.

Realise is well positioned to advise clients on sales and acquisitions. The firm’s experience and expertise will be invaluable to estate and letting agency owners looking to buy or sell businesses.
