Money received by the Authority on account of a penalty beneath subsection or, topic to the laws, a further penalty beneath subsection could also be expended by the Authority just for the purpose referred to in section forty four . If subsection applies, the superintendent might, by order, require an individual having in British Columbia, on deposit, under management or for safekeeping, any property of the licensee to carry all of that property, or any of it identified in the order. The superintendent might make an order beneath this part if the superintendent believes on affordable grounds that a licensee has contravened this Act, the regulations or the rules in a means that is contrary to the public interest. Require the licensee to cease or to hold out any specified activity associated to the licensee’s real property enterprise.
